Dwayne serves as the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which he founded in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of Acts 29 Network, where the director is Pastoral Care. Dwayne In addition to being a pastor, is enthusiastic about educating the next generation. He is the Board Director for the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is an author of numerous online publications and is also a contributing writer in the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman, Viars). His wife Leslie has three kids.
